Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if any of the above components are not found in good order. No returns are accepted for fully and permanently assembled furniture kits. Please return requested orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
